Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

People have not cancelled service but in the event it does occur IntegriVentures wants you know exactly how it will work.

There are no refunds upon project commence.
Project terms require 35% to 50% down-payment, with final payment due upon project delivery.
Payment for invoices can be made by company check, EFT or with a credit card.

All cancellations must be presented to IntegriVentures in writing, via e-mail, to pressley@integriventures.com. IntegriVentures will always keep 35% of the total project amount, regardless of the time of cancellation.

Otherwise, cancellation charges are as follows (days of notice are based on date/time of arrival):

• If you cancel with 1-3 days’ (24-72 hours) notice: 15% is refunded

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund is made
