PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

People have not cancelled service but in the event it does occur IntegriVentures wants you know exactly how it will work.

  • There are no refunds upon project commence. 
  • Project terms require 35% to 50% down-payment, with final payment due upon project delivery.
  • Payment for invoices can be made by company check, EFT or with a credit card.

All cancellations must be presented to IntegriVentures in writing, via e-mail, to pressley@integriventures.com. IntegriVentures will always keep 35% of the total project amount, regardless of the time of cancellation.

Otherwise, cancellation charges are as follows (days of notice are based on date/time of arrival):

•  If you cancel with 1-3 days’ (24-72 hours) notice: 15% is refunded 
•  If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund is made
