We build upon our national initiatives and meaningful programs for women and girls of color, by promoting leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment. Green Veterans regenerate men and women who have served in the military for green jobs and green living. Veterans are reintegrated to a healthy lifestyle that focuses on green living and trauma resolution in the built environment, with emphasis on career development for green industry jobs and entrepreneurship. Our program participants receive on-the-job training for green industry professions by participating in veteran service-oriented projects with best inclass, proven community partners.
Veterans Environmental Sustainability Community Operatives (V.E.S.C.O) is the for profit entity of Green Veterans. Primarily veterans helping veterans, the company is veteran and female owned community service corporation that fosters the transition towards sustainability, by providing innovative services and products to achieve a net positive impact for our customers and the community.
